The CERBERUS POWER CUFF is for the same purposes as our Original Multi Cuff - Compression and Support. However this Cuff is for those who are moving heavier loads or for bigger athletes to who need to compress through more tissue. Also ideal if you feel you need more compression than our regular Multi Cuff.
COMPRESSION – Perfect if you have joint pain or tendonitis in your elbow or knee. By applying compression to the area it will help to relieve and prevent the pain associated with tendonitis and help prevent potential injury or strain to the muscles of that area. The Power Cuff is to be worn over the area of concern or pain e.g. forearms, elbows, biceps, calves, quads, hamstrings or anywhere needed.
SUPPORT – Our Power Cuff also provides great support for your elbows, knees, forearms, biceps, calves, quads, hamstrings or anywhere extra support is required. Proactively prevent injury in squat, bench, and deadlift and any exercise, activity or movement where you experience pain or need that extra level of support and safety. Also due to the stiffer nature of these Cuffs they will also you give you some mechanical assistance with your pressing movements if worn over your elbows.
Your Power Cuff should fit tightly over the intended body part, we would suggest that you choose your measured size or one size down from your measurement as these are a very stiff cuff offering hard compression.

If you plan on wearing the Power Cuff in different locations (e.g. forearms, elbows, quads or knees) you may want to order two different sizes to get the most accurate and beneficial fit.
