SHOULDER WARM -UP

Prepping correctly for your training session is an often overlooked step, but it is KEY to not only a successful session but overall longevity in the sport. Overhead sessions are one that we’ve seen correct muscle activations overlooked more so than any other.

Let Ken Nowicki (@knstrongman) walk you through how he prepares for an overhead session with a very simple yet effective shoulder warm up to ensure that the shoulder complex, but also rib position is ready to put big weights overhead.
