Please Note
Your CERBERUS Strongman Mouthpiece should be replaced every 3/4 months for best results.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak the mouthpiece in hot water (70°C/158°F) for 40 seconds.
- Remove mouthpiece and leave to cool for 10 seconds.
- Insert mouthpiece in your mouth, make sure mouthpiece is in correct position and bite down firmly and press your tongue forward between the small gap at the front of your teeth.
- Using your fingers, press around your face where the mouthpiece is located to help shape the mouthpiece and make it comfortable.
- Once shaped and comfortable, place in cold water for 10 seconds.
- Small adjustments can be made to the mouthpiece by heating again in hot water and following the process above.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Store mouthpiece in the provided protective box when not in use.
