Cerberus Strength – Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Cerberus Strength Gift Cards may be used online at www.cerberus-strength.com. You can use the Cerberus Strength Gift Cards to pay for the full value or part of the value of your selected item(s). If your purchase online is not completely covered by Cerberus Strength Gift Card, you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase.
If you paid for your order with two different payment methods, you'll receive a refund on your second payment method first. For example, if you paid for your order with a gift card and credit card, we will first refund you on the credit card. If the value of articles you returned exceed the amount paid with credit card, the rest will be refunded in the form of new Gift Card.
Your order will be shipped from one or more of our three main locations — UK, EU, or USA — depending on your delivery address, stock availability, and product type. Please be aware your order may be split with different products coming from different locations, as a result products may arrive at different times. When products are shipped from outside your country, they are delivered with all duties and taxes prepaid. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Please note that during peak periods, some delays may occur in processing your order.
For large freight items such as plates, racks, or barbells, we aim to ship within 7 working days, as these require special handling and coordination with a freight carrier.
