Shipping & Returns
All orders from this website are dispatched from the UK. Prices on goods shipped internationally are excluding VAT and may be subject to VAT & Duty upon entry into the chosen delivery country. This means that when the order reaches its destination country you may be contacted by customs on the telephone number you provided to arrange any VAT & Duty payments that may be due prior to your order being delivered.
Some orders may be subject to delays to EU countries (including Ireland). This is due to unforeseen circumstances with couriers experiencing more rigid requirements for channel crossings and delays/congestion at ports. We ask that you please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an automated email to let you know its on its way. Sometimes your order will be split i.e. arrive in multiple deliveries. This is especially common if you have ordered some apparel items that will be printed to order, or if we send your order from multiple warehouse locations. The automated shipment email will list what items have been shipped at that time.
We use Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and Parcelforce to send items out. We will select the best option based on your location and order size.
If you would like to return your product please include a note so we can identify who the return is from, include as much info as you can - we can lookup your details from your order number. If you are exchanging a size please include the size you would like to change to. Please note that returned products need to be in an unused and re-sellable condition and in the original packaging.
