Nothing quite feels like having old school cast iron plates on your bar! Cast iron plates have been around for decades and are still around today. Casting makes for great value rough and ready plates which are an ideal first set of plates or for where you need to add weight to the bar for the lowest cost.
These Cast Iron Olympic Plates have been cast specifically for Cerberus Strength bearing the iconic CERBERUS logo. Tough, durable and great for everyday use. A lipped circumference on both sides ensures a secure grip, making our plates safer to handle and easier to load and unload. Our plates feature a double sided design with both sides of the plate the same; you can see the weight markings no matter which way you load them.

Shipping Details
Cast Iron Plates are classed as a larger sized order and may be shipped by freight services. Larger orders take longer to pack due to size, volume and logistical matters. Freight shipping times are normally between 3-5 working days, however depending on your location can take up to 7 working days. We cannot guarantee freight shipping times.
Your order will be shipped from one or more of our three main locations — UK, EU, or USA — depending on your delivery address, stock availability, and product type. Please be aware your order may be split with different products coming from different locations, as a result products may arrive at different times. When products are shipped from outside your country, they are delivered with all duties and taxes prepaid. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Please note that during peak periods, some delays may occur in processing your order.
For large freight items such as plates, racks, or barbells, we aim to ship within 7 working days, as these require special handling and coordination with a freight carrier.
