Liefia Ingalls proved to be a dominant force on the Circus Dumbbell Press in 2017 both winning the event for reps at the Arnold Pro Strongwoman contest in March on her way to becoming the very first winner of the event, and then again a month later by breaking the World Record at the Mid Atlantic Pro Am in April with a giant lift of 160lbs.
